WAKE Journeys is an immersive group healing experience—a sacred container where sound, energy, and ritual open portals to inner transformation. Rooted in ancient traditions and guided by intuitive presence, each session offers a unique journey to help you awaken your inner wisdom and return home to yourself.

This is more than a sound bath—it's a multi-dimensional experience. Through sacred ceremony, vibrational frequency, and energy transmission, your body and spirit are invited into expansion, activation, and remembrance.

As you lay cocooned in comfort or sit up to actively participate in the ceremony, sound waves and reiki gently carry you into the THETA healing state, where the mind quiets and true healing begins. You’ll surrender into a field of frequency and feel yourself held, seen, and supported.

Each journey is intentionally crafted, honoring the spirit of the moment—whether it's a new moon, equinox, connecting with your spirit team (ancestors, guides, power animals or plant spirits) or inner transformation you're calling in.

You’ll rest on a full-length cushion, wrapped in blankets, surrounded by candlelight and Reiki-blessed energy. The sound session guides you into deep stillness and connection, allowing stress to melt away and clarity to rise. You are welcome to lay down, rest and receive the transmission OR you are invited to join in the experience by using somatic movement, breath, vocal toning and much more - it's up to you! All parts of you are welcome! 

After the journey, we gather in community—nourishing the body with a light, nutritious snack and holding space for shared reflection (always optional, never required).
