All offerings are non-refundable, as your commitment initiates an energetic exchange and preparation process. If you are unable to attend, you may apply your contribution toward a future offering of equal or lesser value, provided you notify me at least 72 hours in advance. As summer ripens into harvest, we slow down and return to the sacred soil of our being.
Join us for this WAKE Journey: EARTH ~ Rooted Into the Realms of the Fairies" — an immersive experience honoring the element of Earth and the ancient spirits who dwell within her: Fairies, Gnomes, Tree Spirits, and our Ancestors.
In this ceremonial gathering, we will:

Workshop Description:
Step into sacred space for the second of a year-long series of celestial-somatic rituals designed to realign body and spirit with lunar rhythms. Don't worry if you missed the first one! You can jump right in with us without missing a step!
You will be guided into movement, sound healing, breath and ceremony all in one.
Core Energies of the Workshop:
Moon Phase – Waning Gibbous: Reflection, sharing wisdom, letting go of excess after the fullness of the moon.
Astrology – Gemini: Air element, communication, adaptability, mental stimulation, expression through voice and hands, curiosity, duality, interplay of shadow and consciousness.
Body Focus – Shoulders, Arms, Hands, Bronchial Tubes, Lungs: Movement + breath to open respiratory flow, ease tension in shoulders/arms, awaken expressive energy in hands.
Theme:
Releasing mental clutter through Breath & Connection. Expanding breath, opening communication pathways, releasing weight/burdens on our shoulders to express and create, give and receive with greater clarity and peace.

A little info on the why:
In astrology, Gemini is symbolized by the Twins, which carries deep mystical and symbolic meaning. The stag will be our messenger and guide and his antlers will mirror the Gemini duality.
1. Duality & Balance -
The Twins embody two sides of one energy: light and shadow, thought and emotion, action and reflection. They remind us to integrate polarities within ourselves—mind vs. body, intellect vs. intuition, internal vs. external communication.
2. Communication & Connection -
Gemini rules the throat and lungs, the organs of breath and voice.
The Twins symbolize dialogue, learning, and exchange—both with others and with one’s inner self.
3. Curiosity & Adaptability -
Gemini’s energy is mutable—flexible, playful, curious, and agile.
The Twins inspire experimentation, exploration, and mental flexibility.
4. Reflection & Integration -
The Twins are two reflections of the self—what we show outward and what we hold inward.
The Waning Gibbous moon amplifies reflection and releasing what no longer serves, so this workshop will integrate both inner contemplation and outer expression.

Kundalini yoga is a combination of movement, breath, meditation, and mantra. These ancient practices help us actualize our higher selves, connect deeper to our intuition, and harmonize our field so that we experience our unlimited potential. It is a way to activate our life force energy, which increases creativity, strengthens immune systems, and deepens inner peace.
We will tune in with a beautiful mantra together, and then harness the breath as our super power to clear our energy field, radiate our highest purpose, and call in abundant miracles. A profound inner journey, kundalini stirs up our innate power to remind us of who we are and what we're here to do. We'll end our practice together with a beautiful clearing gong bath, allowing the body to settle and integrate everything we activated.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Walk away feeling empowered, more aligned, and maybe a little high on your own supply!
