WAKE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & CLASS RESERVATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a reserved class, please cancel your registration at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled class start time so that your space may be offered to another member.
Members may cancel and rebook classes without limitation when notice is provided at least seventy (72) hours in advance.
WAKE understands that unexpected circumstances arise. Therefore, each member is granted one (1) late cancellation or no-show forgiveness per calendar month. A late cancellation is defined as a cancellation made less than seventy (72) hours before the scheduled class start time.
After the monthly grace occurrence has been used, any additional late cancellations or no-shows will be considered attendance violations.
Members who accumulate three (3) attendance violations within any rolling ninety (90) day period may have their advance booking privileges temporarily suspended for up to fourteen (14) days. During this period, members may still attend classes if space is available, but may not reserve spots in advance.
This policy is intended to ensure fair access to classes for all members and to honor the commitment of facilitators and fellow community members.
NON-MEMBER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a registered class, please cancel your reservation at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled class start time will be eligible for a class credit that may be applied toward a future WAKE class. Credits must be used within ninety (90) days of issuance and have no cash value.
Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling.
Participants who fail to attend a registered class without providing notice ("no-show") will forfeit the full class fee and are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling.
WAKE understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at WAKE's sole discretion.
This policy is intended to ensure fair access to classes for all participants and to honor the commitment of facilitators and fellow community members.
PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS
Energy Exchange & Cancellation Policy
All private sessions are non-refundable, as your booking initiates an energetic exchange and preparation process.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule, provided notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours before your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for credit, refund, or rescheduling.
Exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies at the sole discretion of WAKE by Lauren Davis.
All training, certification, mentorship, and immersion program payments are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, they may request a one-time transfer to a future training of the same program, provided written notice is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date.
Transfers requested within thirty (30) days of the training start date are not permitted.
In the event of a documented medical emergency, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstance, WAKE by Lauren Davis may, at its sole discretion, approve a transfer to a future training. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Failure to attend a training without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Participants enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for the full balance of the program regardless of attendance, as enrollment reserves a limited training space that cannot easily be filled.
